Outstanding architects know how to save time for remodel projects. Utilizing our architect’s decade of experience in K-12 design, On Point was able to provide architectural services for a great asset in the Mesa community.
Child Crisis Center provides early education services through their Head Start and preschool programs. This project involved remodeling 2,300 SF of office space within their existing facility to accommodate two new classrooms for children ages 3-5, and included new required restrooms. The space also accommodated a smaller office area for support staff.
On Point assisted with construction documents, securing an expedited permit process and approval on first review, as well as construction observation. This contract was streamlined for efficiency with a Design-Build contract with Concord General Contracting.
