Kevin and Sam needed a new facility for their growing auto restoration business. They had the land; now, they needed the architect. On Point was ready to deliver.

We immediately went to work to obtain approval for the Plan of Development. This site is on a Maricopa County island, with no public water source or sewer facilities. To top it off, we discovered that electricity is limited and single-phase! Yikes!  

Nothing says we need a lot of water and electricity more than an auto restoration facility. Big problem? Not at all.

On Point worked with Kevin, Sam, and the utility company to install a 600-amp single-phase panel. We also worked with the local fire department to ensure a standard fire sprinkler system would not be required. We kept the design intact using a nonstandard fire suppression system (think, no water). We even included a paint booth!

Kevin and Sam are excited to see their business expand thanks to a great new building.
