ICRC was so pleased with the Surprise Infusion Clinic’s results that they hired our team again—On Point and Southwest Design Build—to deliver their newest infusion clinic in the East Valley. 

This clinic is on the ground floor of an existing medical facility. The suite had never been developed, so it was a blank slate for our team! The floor plan shape was a little crazy, and we needed to fit in five exam rooms, an infusion clinic for a minimum of 10 chemotherapy patients, and a small pharmacy. Plus, the facility had to meet both owner and the building management requirements since they paid for the interior tenant improvements.

The result? On Point not only delivered the above, but we also squeezed in three doctors’ offices, a centralized medical assistant station, and 11 patient seats within the infusion clinic. 

Once again, On Point and Southwest Design Build proved to be a reliable and quick-working team, delivering this beautiful new facility to meet everyone’s needs.
