We’re anxiously anticipating this large concrete tilt-up office warehouse, which could house up to seven rental units in the Northwest Valley. 

Working with a local zoning attorney, On Point is assisting with rezoning this property from Agricultural (AG) to Planned Area Development (PAD) to allow for this new office warehouse. The zoning intent is for a multitude of uses, including warehousing, light industrial, retail, and office-type. The site will have ample parking, large rear-sited warehouse roll-up doors for product deliveries, and two entries onto Lake Pleasant Parkway. 

Our design intent is for a clean, streamlined facility. We’re using three types of formliners to create texture and color on the tilt-up panels, and we’re incorporating large panes of glass to accentuate the linear feel and create visual interest.
