Gurr Brothers Construction had outgrown their existing facility in Chandler and needed more larger space. They put on their detective hardhats and found an empty 23,715 SF shell in an existing office/warehouse building in Chandler. Perfect!

Gurr Brothers hired On Point to bring their concept to life. This tenant improvement project created a much-needed 7,720 SF office space up front, with the remaining 15,994 SF space available for warehousing. The office space is bright and airy with open ceilings and natural light from the south facing glass, supplemented by suspended direct/indirect lighting throughout. All the rooms have a full glass entry wall, so natural lighting makes its way into each private office and conference space.

What construction company would be complete without something fun? This space has a large party room complete with a golf simulator and bar.
